とびかかるメッソンたちに合わせるように ハンターの一人がモンスターボールを投げる。
中から出て来たデンチュラが 間髪入れず電撃を放った！

はたいて、ひっかいて追い払う 牧歌的なプランは 狡猾なカウンターの前に鎮圧される。
今までに受けたことのない激痛に泣きわめくメッソンブラザーズ。
比較的 余力を残すサルノリだが表情が強張った、末っ子の意識がないからだ！
「おい！末っ子ちゃん 起きろ！返事しろ～ッ！」
必死に揺さぶるが応答はない。みんなより体が小さい末っ子には 深刻なダメージが通ってしまった。

先ほどの電撃を運よくかわしていた もずく が駆け寄る
「サルノリ君、あの戦法で行くか⁉」
やんちゃコンビの２匹は 空と陸からのコンビネーションで多くの喧嘩に勝ってきた自信があった。
…しかし、サルノリは無傷で済んだ もずく に 震える声で願いを託した。

「もっくん！全速力で父ちゃんたちを呼んできてくれーーーーッ！」

もずく は初めて見るサルノリの剣幕に一瞬 戸惑うが、自分たち子供では もはや打開できない
窮地にいる事を理解し 力強く羽ばたき立った。

これでいい。得意な合体攻撃なら あの電気蜘蛛をやっつけられるかもしれない…けれど。
ケンカ慣れしているサルノリの直感が、“それは悪手”と察知させる。

The poachers saw the Sobble Brothers and threw a pokeball toward them.
A Galvantula popped out and hit them with an electrical attack!

Try as they might to fight back, the wily arachnid had a way to counter everything they threw at it.
The Sobble were in so much pain, all they could do was sob and bawl and cry.
Grookey withstood the attack a little better, but he looked more worried than ever.
“Tiny? Tiny! Please, you’ve got to wake up!”
The little Sobble didn’t respond. The damage had been too much for his tiny body, and he’d passed out.

Rowly had been lucky enough to avoid the electric web, and fluttered back to the group.
“Grookey, should we bust out our secret weapon?” His voice was trembling.
Grookey and Rowly’s combined mastery of air and land had always seen them through before.
But this was one fight they couldn’t win.

“No... Run, Rowly! Go get my daddy!”

Rowly had never seen his friend so angry or so scared before. But it was clear they were out of their depth here. He flapped his wings as fast as he could and flew away to get help from the grownups.

Maybe if Rowly and Grookey had teamed up like they usually do, they could have beat the Galvantula. But Grookey had pretty good battle instincts, and they were telling him not to risk it.

“I have a feeling these guys have an even stronger pokemon up their sleeves...!”
